Got asbestos that needs to be removed?

One thing we have noticed is that people want just one point of contact for the asbestos part of their projects. Whether this is a multimillion dollar redevelopment, a property management company or the owner of a single house.

That is why we have been doing more project management as our clients have needed our support through the process of managing asbestos in their projects. Ask us to provide references and documentation of training and procedures as part of your due diligence before you engage us. You want to make sure you are working with the right people after all.

How does this benefit you?

  • We will write your removal specification document (scope of works) for the project

  • You will be provided with multiple quotes from asbestos removalists, including an estimate of when they would be able to start works, who meet the requirements for your project. You can then select your preferred option

  • We will carry out a full technical review of asbestos removalists' methodology and documentation. This covers the Asbestos Removal Control Plan (ARCP), their procedures, site risk assessments, training records, respiratory protective equipment records (RPE) and any other documents that will be needed for your project.

  • You get to take advantage of our team's considerable experience gained from years of working on a range of different types of asbestos projects

  • You will have one point of contact for all things asbestos throughout the works

  • You will have continuity if we carry out your asbestos surveys at the beginning of the project through to the clearance inspections at the end - sometimes, when you have different companies involved, it is easy for things to get miscommunicated

  • We aim to reduce the risk of variations, including cost increases and time overruns - if this does happen though, we will communicate with you along the way so you understand what is happening

  • We will translate all the jargon for you - asbestos has its own set of regulations and language within the regulations so we can put everything in plain English

  • We have a pragmatic and risk managed approach - you can expect innovative solutions to get the best outcome

  • We are independent, so the advice we give you is purely based on what we believe is the best course of action for you

This service has been built up over the last 18 months and now we are excited that we have the capacity to roll this out to new clients and projects. We are happily running several large scale asbestos removal projects currently that we have been a part of since the beginning, and will see through until the end. Our clients know who to call when they need help.
